As the largest transportation mode in urban rail transit,the subway greatly relieves the urban traffic pressure.The subway vehicle is the core part of the whole subway traffic,its state is directly related to the smooth and safe operation of the subway system and the operation quality.Furthermore,the demand for quality of service is further improved,which forces subway companies to optimize every stage of vehicle operation,including maintenance.With the rapid development of manufacturing technology and information technology,subway cars are developing towards the direction of superior performance,the equipments are full of intelligence and high integration.Traditional bathtub curves can not predict the failure rules of many devices.The fixed period planning maintenance mode,considering less actual state of the equipment,makes the maintenance effect not ideal.In order to ensure its safe and efficient operation and maintenance efficiency,optimize its operation and maintenance mode,it is necessary to establish a vehicle information management system.This paper analyzes the research status and trend of subway vehicle maintenance and information management system at home and abroad,and then points out the feasibility of Condition Based Maintenance theory in vehicle maintenance decision-making.Taking the actual situation of vehicle maintenance in Beijing Metro as an example,VB.NET program design is used as a carrier,according to the "Reliability Centered Maintenance" analysis process,a set of subway vehicle condition based maintenance information management system is designed.First of all,the paper standardized the data statistics rules,and took SQL Server database as the data platform,established the organizational relationship between the data tables.Then,on the basis of the traditional module design,added the system dynamic partition module,the fault management module and the maintenance decision module.The dynamic module is based on the fuzzy clustering theory,to clear definition and function of the system;Then the failure mode,cause of failure,fault influence and maintenance measures of each system are counted based on FMECA risk analysis method,the key components system are determined based on RPN risk priority number threshold;The maintenance decision module is based on the theory of reliability theory and mathematical statistics,established the condition based maintenance test interval mathematical model,determined dynamic maintenance decision.Finally,the function test and debugging of the system are completed.The operation results show that the system is simple and practical.It provides an effective platform for studying subway vehicle fault information and evaluating subway maintenance system,and has certain engineering practice significance in the formulation of maintenance strategy.
