Research On Usability Design Of Home Health Monitor System For The Elderly

With the development of modern social economy and technology,the gradual improvement of human medical conditions and the gradual optimization of the living environment,the social structure of the contemporary society has shown a clear situation: low birth rate,low mortality rate and low growth rate,especially The Family Planning Policy of China in the 1880 s also exacerbated the trend of population aging society,so the elderly health care become an essential problem.Nowadays,more and more small-scale medical monitoring products has been researched,and the new home endowment style has been promoted,so the home health monitor products is gradually into the people’s life.There are so many products on the market,but lots of them is not suitable for the elderly groups,not only because the products are not focus on their special features,but also the traditional home health monitoring products only have a single function,does not have a detection system,the usual monitoring is no practical significance for the treatment of diseases or long-term observations.In today’s life,intelligent technology deeply developed,new technology is in full flourish,so the traditional products have already been abandoned by the times,which cares the users,which can bring the users an emotional service products is the needs of today’s market,so the subject of research is very meaningful.Firstly,this paper analyzed the influencing factors of the usability design of the elderly household health monitoring system,which from the aspects of the elderly health monitoring products,the elderly health products and the usability design of the elderly,then analyzed the theoretical and practical application of this three.Secondly,analyzed the user’s physiological,Psychological,cognitive and multi-level needs,based on this proposed the usability of elderly home health monitoring system design principles;from analyzed of the product status and user-centered research,this paper put forward the design method of system design,difference design,emotion input design and experience feedback design,mean to improve the usability of health monitoring system for the elderly,and establish a rational dual evaluation method which combined performance measurement and Likert scale evaluation.Finally,through the design example of the family health management program verified the proposed principles and methods isfeasibility.thus added the theoretical shortcomings,provided a reference for the design of such products,and provided a living help for the elderly population.
