| Central heating is an effective way to improve environment,lifting efficiency and promote economic development under the dual pressure of energy resources and environmental pollution in our country.However,currently the control system of central heating on the market has some disadvantages like poor universality,poor functional scalability,high prices,which lead that it is not easy to promote this type of system.In order to solve the above problems,we used the technology of embedded development system and the Internet of things to develop a set of functional completely and reliable control system of central heating.Firstly,we made an investigation about the current situation about control system of central heating and analyzed its functional requirements,then determined overall basic frame of central heating system.We designed hardware circuit and PCB for each part of functional module of control system.Among them,we focused our attention on researching the MAX 1060 analog-to-digital converter and 74HC4051 analog switch chip,and determined to use analog switch chip with time division multiplexing transporting all sensor signals to ADC,which can enhance the number that control system can process.And that in order to reduce the noise around ADC,we recommended how we did in the design of PCB.Secondly,in the process of software development,we finished each part of functional module program.We introduced how to use ESP8266 wireless module to connect the OneNet platform.Control system could upload the data through the wireless module to the OneNet platform,so that users and managers can easily acquire system information.Finally,we verified the feasibility of this system’s overall design and its stability through one way of using this control system. |
