Energy is an important material basis for the survival of human beings and the continuous development of social civilization.Biomass energy has a large number of resources and a wide variety of forms in the world.Municipal solid waste(MSW)contains some organic matter,which is a kind of potential biomass energy.Municipal solid waste incineration power generation is the most effective way to utilize municipal solid waste.The composition of municipal solid waste is different in different regions,and the range of its calorific value fluctuates greatly.The gaseous pollutants,such as nitrogen oxides,dioxins,and so on,have serious environmental pollution.Therefore,the study of MSW incineration process is helpful to improve the conversion efficiency of MSW incineration,and reduce the emissions of pollutant.The dynamic mathematical model of the combustion process is established in the case of MSW incinerator grate furnace as the research object.The simulation study on the combustion process of MSW incinerator is been done.The main research contents and results are as follows:1.According to the structural characteristics and combustion characteristics of MSW incinerator,the system is reasonably simplified.The fuel bed and the chamber are divided into a number of control volumes.Mathematical models of combustion process in incinerator are established with the lumped parameter method based on control volume.2.Using.NET as program development platform,the object-oriented programming language C#is been used to developing simulation program for the combustion process of incinerator in Visual Studio 2010 software.3.According to the combustion process simulation program,the static simulation and dynamic simulation of the combustion process in the incinerator were carried out.The variation curves of the characteristic parameters of different positions in the incinerator were obtained by adding different disturbance.The simulation results verify the correctness of the simulation program.The simulation result has certain guidance and reference value for the characteristic analysis and operation optimization of the combustion process of the waste incinerator grate furnace.
