With rapid economic development of China, municipal solid waste rapidly every year, waste incineration is the fastest goal of the final disposal of garbage reduction, resource, this provided an opportunity to waste incineration power.Specific research and discussion process waste incinerator equipment and focus on the heat transfer characteristics of the furnace, according to these characteristics, the use of the partition thinking within the furnace, the establishment of a dynamic mathematical model. The help of mathematical models to study the furnace characteristics can not completely replace the test, and the mathematical model by the test to verify the simulation modeling methods provide a new research methods, which have a certain significance in the theory and practice.Form engineering practice, a Sec reciprocating garbage incinerator for the object, consider the physical and chemical processes of combustion, heat transfer within the furnace, the establishment of the dynamic model of the furnace combustion. On the IMMS model development platform, write the mathematical model into the program in Fortran language, and add to the algorithm library, call the corresponding algorithm on the platform, module, and finally establish a simulation model of the normal conditions. On this basis, the amount of fuel, the amount of air, fuel moisture and other parameters of the disturbance simulation testing, and come to the real-time curve of the main parameters of the boiler. Simulation results show that the model accurately reflect the dynamic characteristics of the waste incinerator, the research will play a very good theoretical guidance for the design and optimal operation of the boiler.
