In this paper,we are studying on a set of safety protection system,which consists of the monitoring system and the process protection system.The system integrates the monitoring,control,early warning and protection.The main control object of the protective equipment are two variable-size cylinders,driving protective equipment following the erection process of synchronization lodging,playing the role of security.The safety protection system uses PLC as the controller,uses the MATLAB GUI design interface,realizes the monitoring work of the system in real time,realizes the system the fast and stable synchronous amplitude control.According to the overall technical requirements on the safety protection system,on the basis of the general research and development trend of monitoring system and industrial control technology at home and abroad,through the comparative analysis and summarization of different schemes such as control mode and synchronization control strategy,we determine to choose electro-hydraulic proportional position control,the combination of electromechanical and hydraulic transmission,master-slave synchronous control strategy,and PID control algorithm.Simulation of the anti-missile in the missile after the force,the establishment of the platform of the static model,and then come to the size of the protective device force and the vertical relationship between the vertical tilt angle.It makes a comprehensive analysis and design for the hydraulic parts of the installation,also makes a type selection of the main components and the electrical components,the hardware and software of safety protection system are finally assembled and designed.The field test results show that the safety protection system can meet the overall requirements and achieve expected results,the range of following error within 0.5 °-1 °,the range of displacement error of synchronize cylinder within ±2mm,to achieve synchronous lodging of protection installation.In addition,monitoring also can achieve the full coverage.
