Hybrid electric vehicle(HEV)to use two energy--a basic energy of gasoline(diesel)-internal combustion engine and an auxiliary energy storage battery and motor,to achieve more excellent performance and more less emissions of environmental pollutants.Electric drive system is an important component of HEV,and its control system is safe and stable.It is the guarantee that the vehicle can guarantee the operation.Because HEV is in the developing stage in our country,he research of vehicle permanent magnet synchronous motor control system safety and stability has a very nice prospect in the future.In this paper,hybrid electric vehicle(HEV)with permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)as the research object,used in the PMSM control system,in order to obtain high performance speed PMSM,PMSM need sensors installed in the rotating shaft to obtain the speed and position information of these sensors,increasing the volume of the motor,reduces the reliability and increase the maintenance cost of the system,in order to solve the low safety of the mechanical sensor,speed control came into being.In the process of completing the motor control,the system will change with time and cause chattering of the system".The traditional synovial observer takes the stator current as the synovial plane,calculates the position and velocity by back EMF,and the back EMF has a large noise at low speed,which affects the application range at low speed.1.In this paper,hybrid electric vehicle(HEV)in PMSM as the research object.The dynamic analysis model and vector control of permanent magnet synchronous motor;structural analysis of electric drive system for hybrid electric vehicle,especially a parallel hybrid electric drive system structure;describes the space vector pulse width modulation(SVPWM)technology theory.2.Based on the design of software,established the simulation model of permanent magnet synchronous motor space vector control system using MATLAB/Sitnulink software simulation platform,and the simulation results are analyzed,which can verify the feasibility of hybrid electric vehicle permanent magnet synchronous motor based on the space vector control technology.3.To establish a reasonable motor speed sensorless control system research,effects on the performance of the motor caused by the proposed model synovial observer,the saturation function replaces the switching function to reduce the chattering of switching function,using low-pass filter recorder back EMF,high back EMF estimation accuracy.The simulation model is established by using MATLAB software,and the traditional and new type synovial observers are simulated to study the surface.A new type of synovial observer control system is proposed,which can effectively suppress the chattering,and make the whole system have better speed control performance and robustness.4.The construction of a permanent magnet synchronous motor co ntrol system with a control core of TMS320F28335 chip constructed.n the hardware aspect,the drive system is designed,and the intelligent power module IPM is used as the power switch component of the system to develop the control system hardware,and the software design of the speed control system of the hybrid electric vehicle under the synovial structure is carried out.And expand the research of PMSM in hybrid vehicle safety and stability.
