The automobile industry,as a pillar industry of the national economy,has a wide range of upstream and downstream radiation,and has a far-reaching social interaction effect,which is close to the daily life and production of mankind.It is becoming a larger and larger impact to the whole ecosystem including resources,energy,environment and human itself.The whole life cycle ecological assessment of automotive products is a very important and urgent task to the ecological civilization in China.The ecology of automobile products must be evaluated from the components of automobile products.However,the ecological evaluation system and evaluation methods of auto parts have not been established at present,and the related professional evaluation tools are lacking,which leads to the lack of basis for government policy,and the auto parts green product technology line is not clear.In view of this situation,this article carry out ecological evaluation research around the"cradle to the regeneration" of the whole life cycle,which is from the evaluation system,evaluation model,evaluation system,evaluation case,and so on.This article firstly summarizes the background and significance of the article.Nowadays,China is a big country of automobile production and sales.Tens of millions of cars are puting into using every year,but the problems are more and more serious brought about by the automotive society.The supporting infrastructure can not match the rapid development of the automobile industry,and automobile road,traffic safety,humanities legal system construction and other issues emerge in an endless stream,which are plaguing the development and expansion of the automotive industry.The whole life cycle assessment is a new environmental protection tool for industrial products and preventive environmental management tools.Its applicative areas have covered the entire industrial society,radiating to environmental policy formulation,production process,industrial product design,waste management and other aspects,which has become the preferred tool of formulating industrial development plans in many countries.Life cycle assessment is been as new means of environmental protection and tools of preventive environmental management,mainly used to determine and quantify the ore resources(O),fossil energy(F)and waste emissions(W).It can be used to assess the environmental load caused by a product,process or production activity,also can evaluate the use of ore resources and fossil energy,the impact of waste emissions,and the way to evaluate environmental improvements.Moreover,this article uses the software GaBi of Germany,which can build the model of resourses and energy consumption and environmental emissions impact of automotive products,and draw more intuitive and accurate conclusions.Innovatively,the whole life cycle of automotive products is divided into three stages:before use,the use of of after use,and then establish the "OFW" model of resources,energy and environment.Through the three stages of the life cycle assessment,we can derive resources and energy consumption and environmental impact.Selecting the glass triangular window and plastic triangular window of automobile for the evaluation case,the article respectively establish a evaluation model of automobile triangular window:before use,the use and after use,and then carry out the comparative analysis and impact assessment.The whole life cycle assessment of automobile can also be combined with the system dynamics method for dynamic analysis,with a new perspective to understand the ecological evaluation.
