High-voltage circuit breaker is an indispensable equipment in the power grid.Under the influence of long-term electric, thermal, mechanical stress and external environmental factors, the insulating property of the insulating medium will be regional Deterioration, resulting in partial discharge.Detecting the insulation defects and preventing the occurrence of accidents by detecting the partial discharge is of great theoretical and engineering value. The traditional method of partial discharge detection can not meet the needs of on-line monitoring because of its own limitations. The research of method for on-line monitoring t is of great importance for the development of localized discharge identification system for smart grid developmen..Based on the relevant theoretical analysis, experimental research and simulation, main research work completed the following several aspects:1.Analyze the principle and characteristics of UV imaging, and compare the advantages of the traditional method of partial discharge detection to study the possibility of its online monitoring2.Research the quantization relationship between the spot parameters of the ultraviolet image and the partial discharge signal. The image processing technique is used to extract the image spot parameters3.Apply the BP neural network to identify the partial discharge in ultraviolet image recognition4.Develop a set of UV image on-line monitoring system based on ARM embedded system is developed. The system is a complete online monitoring system including image acquisition, image transmission, image processing, image recognition and information management.
