Large generators are critical electrical power system equipment, which has always been the safe operation of the people's attention. When the generator partial discharge occurs, it will cause insulation deterioration, resulting in insulation breakdown and short-circuit accident. As traditional offline test method does not fully characterize the motor running, can not ensure the safe operation of the generator.Adopt effective ways of generating real-time online monitoring, generator insulation state can understand, to detect insulation problems, and ultimately improve the reliability of plant operation.This paper focuses on the generator Discharge Monitoring a study, according to project needs, based on virtual instrument technology, design and development of a large generator stator windings partial discharge monitoring system, and the system in the field of on-line monitoring turbine facility, the main work and innovations are as follows:1. By analyzing the pulse characteristics of the motor stator windings partial discharge on-line monitoring device local hardware design, hardware system using Rogowski coil current sensor detects partial discharge broadband signal, a clear selection method sensor and data acquisition card design the partial discharge signal conditioning modules, synchronous frequency voltage signal conditioning module and MCU control module.2. Designed to achieve a partial line monitoring system software modules, based on VC ++ platform, focusing on the monitoring and control module, data acquisition module, process module and graphic display design data storage modules are discussed. The software system can complete the data acquisition card acquisition and control, data acquisition and waveform save real-time display, and serial communication. In the laboratory by the local high-voltage stator winding discharge test results show that the system has a high sensitivity, it can be applied to on-line monitoring of partial discharge in generators, complete data acquisition task.3. In order to verify the reliability and validity of the system, installed in the actual power plant generating units and the application of the system, and the actual working conditions by monitoring the detection of actual data, this article is designed to verify the partial discharge online the effectiveness of the monitoring device.
