Construction cost management is an important link in the construction management of construction projects,and it will have a significant impact on the management of project quality,security and schedule management.The traditional model,cost control method of construction cost management and management cost consciousness are more or less problems,only relying on the traditional cost management has been unable to meet the new form of construction industry informatization and industrialization.With the emergence and progress of BIM technology,new ideas and methods have been put forward for construction cost management,which can solve the problems in traditional construction cost management to a certain extent.BIM technology is an important tool for software,but only rely on glodon,Maxwell and Luban BIM software cost management,not enough to solve the problem of landing BIM technology in construction cost management,must be two times the development of the platform,the management ideas into the computer code,driver code by two using the software platform,to ensure the good application of BIM technology in construction cost management in the.Therefore,to explore the application of BIM technology in project construction cost management ideas and methods,it is very important to compile the two development code of construction cost management based on BIM technology.Based on the study on the basis of BIM technology and construction cost management,to explore the application of BIM technology in construction cost management,carries on two times of developments in the existing software platform,improve the application of BIM technology in construction cost management,and in the expansion project of applied research.This paper first analyzes the BIM technology and construction cost management theory;then summarizes the advantage of traditional construction cost management problems and BIM technology,the BIM technology is applied in construction cost management,and analyze the feasibility and advantages of the study show that,compared with the traditional method and the existing after enough;for lack of two has been developed based on BIM platform,the perfect application of BIM technology in construction cost management;finally,combined with the research on the implementation of Qingdao Beilin Museum of natural extension project,validate the proposed construction cost management method based on BIM and based on the two development and application of BIM platform for the management of construction cost feasibility.With the development of computer technology and the emergence of new algorithms,BIM technology has been widely used in the construction industry.This paper uses the advantages of this technology,applies it to construction cost management,and develops two plug-ins to optimize its application,and provides reference for the application and research of Engineering practice.
