With the continuous development of manufacturing,industrial robots are increasingly used in industrial production areas to replace human to do high-risk and heavy work.As a key component of industrial robots,the robot reducer accounts for nearly one-third of production cost of entire industrial robot,which shows the importance of research reducer.As a new reducer to replace the traditional harmonic gear drive,RV reducer consists of two parts,cycloid gear planetary transmission and cylindrical gear planetary transmission.It has been widely used in many areas such as aerospace manufacturing,industrial robots andmedical equipment,for it has many advantages such as small size,light weight,large transmission ratio,high transmission efficiency,large torsional rigidity,high transmission precision,long life,etc.On the basis of the thorough theoretical study of the RV reducer in this paper,C language can be used for system programming,the MATLAB software be used for structure optimization design of reducer,so as to realize the calculation of key parameters of RV reducer,The optimized results are compared with the parameters of the RV reducer calculated in the references,In order to verify the rationality and accuracy of the optimization program,and to lay the foundation for further research on parametric design of key parts in RV reducer.Secondly,using the Pro/E and Pro/Program parameters of the driver to establish a Gear box of parametric 3D model.Using Pro/TOOLKIT to the Pro/E secondary development: Including the menu to add,the UI dialog calls,resource file writing,application registration and so on.The user,Input by the user dialog box,can get a new model,reduce the repetition of design of products and improve the efficiency of the design of the product.Lastly,The three-dimensional model of RV reducer is simplified,In the Hypermesh software,the unit type,material attribute,grid element type and division method of the model are analyzed respectively,and the finite element mesh model is generated.The finite element analysis software ANSYS was used to analyze the strength of the key components of the RV reducer(Cycloidal Pinch).The realization of the structure model of the rapid generation to verify the rationality of the design,shorten the design cycle,save design costs...
