With the rapid development of new energy automotive industry,China has become the world's largest electric vehicle market.New progress has been made in the research of key components of new energy vehicles,which is basically in sync with the international level.In the existing discrete power system of electric vehicle,motor controller with DC/DC and DC/AC as the main component of high voltage electrical input power sharing high voltage bus and other electrical components,but in the whole system design,need for technology development and procurement respectively,at the cost of system development,can not be fully optimized in size,weight and cost control.Discrete,highly integrated electric vehicle power system has become the requirements of the new energy vehicle enterprises in common.Therefore,the design and research of integrated electric control with complete product function is of great significance for the rapid industrialization of electric vehicle power system.In this paper,an overall development and integration scheme of integrated electric control assembly is introduced,aiming at the new energy vehicles with the length of 6m to 12m and the full load of 5t to 18t.First of all,to make clear the integrated electronic control assembly lumped parameter development goals,starting from the drive system of electric vehicle technology,vehicle parameters,the application of traditional models of new energy electric vehicle electric drive system torque and power requirements of analogy analysis,and integration of electronic assembly of electrical power system and its relationship flexible cutting function for a simple description.Then,starting from the integration of electronic assembly technology,IGBT,drive circuit and DC-Link power electronic circuit control circuit calculation,selection of key components of the system architecture design,EMC standard and simplified model analysis,system and component structure and thermal simulation of some aspects,put forward the integrated electronic control assembly design theory the project and realization method.Finally,through the functional test of the integrated electric control assembly,the temperature rise performance test under different conditions,and the test data of the electromagnetic compatibility test of the parts and the whole vehicle,the design target of the integrated electric control assembly is verified..
