Environment and energy are two hot topics at present.Low pollution and low energy consumption have become the direction that people are heading towards,which are of great significance to research pure electric vehicles.The appropriate dynamic parameters should be chose to make the power matching more reasonable,the technology of braking energy regeneration resource also should be used,in order to increase the increase the driving range of pure electric vehicles.These key technologies have always been the goals of experts and scholars,meanwhile,they are also the main purpose of this paper.ZH L5020 XXYBEV pure electric van of Jeettec is as the research target of the paper,The systems of power matching and recovery of braking energy of the pure electric vehicle have been studied.The contents of this paper are the following:Firstly,the vehicle parameters of pure electric van are determined,the performance index of vehicle is also put forward.The components except the transmission system of the van,such as chassis,frame,and carriage and so on,are selected,after studying the parameters and the use of the van.The right motor power is selected according to its performance indexes(v,t,i),the speed and torque of the motor are determined according to the maximum speed and maximum climbing gradient of the van.Secondly,the specification of power batteries is determined.The module of the batteries and the maximum output power of the van are determined according to the requirements of safety and specification,at this point,the powertrain system is completed.Thirdly,the force of the van in the braking process is analyzed on the premise of explaining the driving mode of the van,the force analysis of the car model during braking is conducting,the maximum torque of the motor is obtained according to the distribution of the braking power of the front and rear wheels as well as the parallel control strategy of the rear axle,therefore,the braking energy recovery control strategy which is more suitable for the van is designed.Lastly,combining ADVISOR with Simulink,the rationality of the two control strategies is compared by analyzing the driving range and the state of charge(SOC),the results of the experiment show that the brake control strategy designed in this paper is more reasonable.
