Research On Risk Evaluation Of Anqing Sports Center Project

In recent years,various provinces and cities actively response the “national fitness program”,in order to meet the demand of the people's fitness,different cities in China,especially those large and medium-sized cities to modern gym fitness infrastructure projects such as investment rate rising,along with our country economy high speed development and improvement of per capita income level.Stadium construction projects tend to be building large volume,high investment,construction contractors and staff,strong technical,professional design of system function,more complex characteristics of some projects and unique design,and the construction is difficult,the tight,big social influence and other objective conditions.Therefore,the stadium public construction project risk identification,evaluation and control counter will be a very important work and new project.This thesis takes Anqing sports center as the research object.It takes the stadium and swimming pool,gym,sports school of the four monomer project as the main evaluation of project schedule risk,quality risk,cost risk,security risk which four aspects to carry on the project risk identification and evaluation.Combined qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis method,it is the application of AHP analysis method(AHP)used when expert evaluation method to determine index weight.At the same time,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is adopted to determine the risk level of each stadium,by analyzing the comprehensive judgment of Anqing sports center in the four main body in the project risk.Stadium risk is higher than the risk of the swimming pool,which is higher than the risk of sports school gym.It suggested that the risk of project management in the four project management investment of time should be the main stadium and swimming pool,followed by a gym,the last is a sports school.Finally,according to the above evaluation conclusion,it targeted puts forward the project risk management measures and suggestions,effective with the help of project management to improve the ability of risk identification and prevention,as well as for other venues in bureau,industry management decision provides the theoretical basis and practice guidance,to improve the decision-making level of the project management and risk management,control and prevention ability.It has certain reference and reference.
