Since the enlargement of colleges and universities,the number of teaching buildings in colleges and universities has increased,and its energy consumption in heating,ventilation and refrigeration has been increasing day by day.People are keen to air conditioning to bring a stable indoor environment and ignore the healthy,energy-saving natural ventilation.However,the good natural ventilation of the teaching building in colleges and universities not only can save energy,but also affect the students’ physical,mental health and learning efficiency,which is of great significance.Changsha is a hot summer and cold winter area,the buildings here needs summer ventilation and winter wind prevention.Because of Changsha’s geographical and climatic conditions,it is an area of great natural ventilation potential.As the capital city of Hunan Province,doing natural ventilation research in Changsha’s teaching buildings has an exemplary role.This paper takes the teaching building of colleges and universities in Changsha as the research object,summarizes the characteristics of the single design and the overall layout of the current teaching building.Through these characteristics,combined with the geographical and climatic characteristics of Changsha,to explore the suitable natural ventilation methods of teaching buildings in Changsha.The author hopes that through the exploration of this article,from the perspective of natural ventilation,to provide new ideas for architects for their architectural creation,so as to design much more energy efficient,comfortable buildings.This article is divided into five chapters,the contents are summarized as follows:The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly discusses the research background,purpose and significance of this paper,introduces the study of natural ventilation at home and abroad,and the study on the natural ventilation of the teaching building,and summarizes the previous researches.and also introduces the research object,the content,the method and the frame.The second chapter is the theoretical part,mainly introduces the basic theories of natural ventilation,research methods and the use of the status quo.The third chapter is the epistemological part.The geographical and climatic environment conditions of Changsha area were summarized and the natural ventilation potential of Changsha area was summed up.55 teaching buildings in 7 colleges and universities in Changsha were surveyed and 186 questionnaires were distributed to summarize the characteristics of single design,natural ventilation and heat Comfortable present situation,found the existing problems;Analyzes the planning plan of 25 colleges and universities in China,and summarizes the general layout characteristics of the campus.The fourth chapter is the methodology part.According to the characteristics of the teaching buildings of the university,the current situation of the natural ventilation and the characteristics of overall layout,the paper uses the data collection,summarization,measurement,CFD calculation fluid mechanics simulation method,from the overall layout of the campus and the monomer design aspects,to explore the suitable natural ventilation methods of teaching building in Colleges and Universities.The fifth chapter is the practical part.Based on the above methods,the author uses the research,measurement and CFD computational fluid dynamics simulation methods to analyze the present situation of natural ventilation in the comprehensive teaching building of Hunan University and optimizes this building.
