| In the fierce market competition,enterprises need to constantly develop new products to meet the needs of users.Nowadays,the trend of product design is developing towards the non-material,high quality and high-emotional direction,and emotional factors are becoming an important consideration in product design.The brand value of a product is closely related to the emotional value of the product;the more high-end brand will pay more attention to the emotional factors in the product design.Harman kardon as a high-end speaker brand,its emotional design research in product development has positive reference value.In this article,the designing process of a new Harman kardon soundbar speaker was studied as a typical example,in the design research the three levels of emotional design(visceral,behavior,reflective)was used to assistant the design process of the soundbar speaker.The three-level theory of emotional design divides the emotional design into three levels:instinct,behavior and reflection,each level corresponding to different design appeal.Based on the theory of three levels of emotional design,it studied the design of Harman kardon soundbar speaker from the user’s role model,product usage scenarios and family characteristics.In the analysis of user roles based on the theory of three levels,it build a model of the user’s role according to the brand positioning and target user of Harman kardon,and explored user’s emotional appeals towards Haman products through the analysis of the consumption characteristics,behavior and music appreciation of the role model.In the analysis of use of scenario based on the theory of three levels,it selected the sample of emotional scenario environment,and analyzed the user’s emotional appeals of visceral level based on the emotional scenario sample.It analyzed the user’s emotional appeals of behavior level through the study of the usage in scenario and the data of dimension and position.In the analysis of Harman kardon family characteristics based on the theory of three levels,it studied the identification of the characteristics of Harman products,and selected the characteristics with high identification.It studied the evolution of the emotional perception of Harman products,with the SD method focused on different emotional levels,and obtained the trend of Harman emotional perception.In the actual design process of the soundbar speakers,the shape design,CMF design and control design were done in turn according to the conclusions of the study on emotional design,and the design scheme was finalized after engineering adjustment. |
