The Spatial Characteristics And Renewal Strategy Of Gangnan Reservoir Migration Villages

This paper is set up on the background of "Beauty Village" and the revival work of reservoir resettlement village in Hebei.From 1950 s to 1970 s,which is the peak age of reservoir construction in China,the reservoir resettlement villages have formed unique characteristics influenced by migration events and social changes.They are urgent to protection and development facing multiple difficulties."Beauty Village" starting from 2014 comes to bring opportunities for those villages.This paper,taking Li jiakou Village as research object,is intend to make up for the lack of research on the present reservoir migration village,propose the revival strategy and provide a reference for "Beauty Village" construction in Pingshan,which is also a tentative response to the renewal method of the ordinary village in rural construction.The paper puts forward a new model of village revival based on summing up and summarizing the existing rural revival research and practice.It summarize and analyses the village characteristics by the method of literature analysis,field research,qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis.Contrast with the traditional villages,this paper shows the spatial characteristics of the village including overall pattern,street system and local residence at the beginning of the relocation.Then is to excavate characteristics of typical reservoir migration village and make a depth analysis combining with historical background.With the dynamic development of the village,the characteristics turn to evolve and change.The spatial status quo is simulated and analyzed quantitatively by the method of space syntax to summarize the evolution trend and the difficulties in development,providing an objective basis for renewal work.Based on the research above,this paper will propose renewal strategies in view of the overall pattern,street system and local residence taking protection as the prerequisite.The work drafts a lot of principles,such as placing the new industry,enhancing the public environment and improving the living conditions,starting from the perspective of industry,landscape and construction.This would lead to rethinking of rural revival from research to practice.
