The construction of desulphurization tower is an important link in the construction of thermal power plant,the construction of traditional desulfurization tower has some limitations in the current project management system.This makes the construction process will be some of the organization and coordination,such as the installation of the collision phenomenon.BIM,which is the building information modeling technology,can solve this problem well.BIM through 3D modeling,component parameters input computer desulfurization tower,through the network can make stakeholders effective communication and coordination,but also improve the efficiency of the traditional desulfurization tower construction.In this paper,through case analysis,comparative analysis,simulation model of key nodes,the traditional construction of desulfurization tower process and its existing problems,and through the superiority of the application of BIM technology in the desulfurization tower to explore BIM compared with traditional 2D drawing.At the same time,the application of BIM in desulfurization project quality and cost is discussed.Finally,the limitations of BIM in this project are described.Through analysis and comparison,the advantages and disadvantages of BIM technology in desulfurization project management system are obtained.Through the research and application,it can provide a new construction management mode for other desulfurization tower construction enterprises.Achieve national energy-saving emission reduction targets.
