As a recent international research hot topic,Hypersonic Vehicle(HSV)sets many new aerospace technologies in one and has extraordinarily attractive application prospects.However,its high-altitude and high-speed characteristics result in the problem of more serious clutter and the significant change of clutter characteristics.In order to better understand the characteristics of HSV-borne radar clutter,this paper accomplishes the simulation,modeling and characteristics analysis of HSV-borne radar clutter.This work is based on the modeling and simulation of airborne radar clutter and the unique characteristic of HSV.On this basis,a system called "Airborne Radar Clutter Simulation Modeling and Analysis System" is developed,which cannot only provide many radar clutter data under different platforms for subsequent processing,but also analyze the characteristics of radar clutter.The content of this paper can be summarized as follows.1.The modeling and simulation of airborne radar clutter is accomplished.Firstly,methods are introduced for modeling and simulation of the statistic clutter.Then,based on the analysis of simulation methods for airborne planar array radar clutter,the grid mapping method is adopted for clutter simulation.Besides,due to the difference of HSV,more details are taken into account in clutter modeling and simulation,which enables it suitable for different platforms.2.The characteristics of HSV-borne radar clutter are analyzed.Based on the correct modeling and simulation of airborne radar clutter,relative simulation of HSV-borne radar clutter is done.Combined with the high-altitude and high-speed features of HSV,the features of "range-doppler","space-time" and "range migration" are analyzed.Finally,its importance for following work is clarified.3.The module design and key techniques in the development process of the aforementioned clutter modeling and simulation system are discussed in details.This system consists of 7 function modules,namely the system entry interface,main interface,flight orbit demonstration,echo simulation,clutter characteristics analysis,help and user setting.Finally,the key techniques used in the development process are introduced,which include the Matlab and VC++ mixed programming,GPU programming,the design of public data class,software encryption technology,and the mode of data convert andtransmit.
