Begin with the success of the first man-made earth satellite launch,the amount of space target is increasing along with the frequent growth of human space activities,technologies aim at all kinds of spacecraft monitoring,protection and the fight are able to be important combat support.Space target resource allocation system in this paper is designed to allocate existing resources to monitor more targets,in order to maximize the use of resources.Main works of the paper:1)Requirements analysis and module partition.The user of space target resource allocation system is commander,the system should determine if need to allocate resources,manage scheme,calculate optimal scheme.According to demand analysis,the system is divided into four modules:real-time monitoring and evaluation,resource capacity analysis,scheme management and scheme decision-making.2)Calculate detective ability of radar.Analyze the relation between the coordinates of the trajectories and radar detection range,detection azimuth angle,detection elevation angle,calculate the detectable trajectory.3)Calculate all feasible solutions and choose the best solution.Design method to calculate all radar combinations that can detect the target trajectory,calculation the dominant value of the schemes,select the optimal scheme according to the dominant value.4)Based on QT platform,complete the design and implementation work of space target resource allocation system.The completion of the space target resource allocation system can deploy the radars of all center to monitor the space target,solve the problem of mutual independence between centers,improve the resource utilization rate,pick up the speed of detecting,discriminating and cataloguing space targets.
