Space-based space surveillance systems are a national strategic information acquisition system that uses orbit satellites to detect, track and predict space targets, acquire space target information, and provide space target information support for civil and military activities.Space based surveillance system is not affected by the geographical location and weather conditions, but also can realize all-weather space surveillance and tracking, which has great advantages in coverage and timeliness of monitoring in space. It has become a frontier technology in the space field, and directs the future development direction of the space target monitoring system.Making rational use of the satellite sensor resources of the distribution system plays an important role in the efficient operation of the space target surveillance system. In this paper,we study the sensor resource allocation in the space-based space surveillance systems. In this paper, the structure and function of the space-based space surveillance systems are briefly analyzed.Based on the analysis of the system structure and function, combined with the actual working scene of the satellite, the constrained analysis and mathematical model of the sensor resource allocation are described.Using 01 matrix group coding approach to coding, design of the relevant indicators used to evaluate the performance of the algorithm.Aiming at the problem of sensor resource allocation in s space-based space surveillance systems, relevant researchers proposed an optimal solution based on genetic algorithm and achieved good results. This paper introduces binary artificial bee colony algorithm and fish swarm algorithm to solve the problem, and provides more choices for the practical application of sensor resource allocation.Simulation results show that these two algorithms can effectively solve the problem of sensor assignment. The main work of this paper:Binary artificial bee colony algorithm and fish swarm algorithm are introduced to the resource allocation of space-based target sensor and the algorithm is modified according to the actual scene of the problem. For the binary bee colony algorithm, the method of using logistic regression mapping to binary is improved, the method of searching for the neighbors' solution in the iterative process and the calculation formula of onlooker bees' nectar selection probability are redesigned, and the Pareto optimal solution set is introduced to accomplish the multi-objective optimization.Aiming at the artificial fish swarm algorithm,it redefines the calculation way of vision, neighborhood, artificial fish center location, and the three basic behaviors of manpower.Meanwhile,it stores the Pareto optimal solution in bulletin board to adapt to the problem raised in the paper.Simulation results show that the two algorithms can solve the problem of resource allocation of satellite sensors.
