Study On The Environmental Design Of Nantong Blue Calico Museum

This paper takes the Nantong Blue Calico Museum as an example to study the environmental design of museum of folk small in China.According to the domestic situation,operation characteristics and advantages of small folk museumenvironment design learning abroad,through outstanding case,summarize the principle and method in environmental design.Use the theory to guide the Nantong Blue Calico Museum’ s environmental design.In the design process,we focus on the museum’ s characteristics of small,folk and a strong theme.According to the characteristics to define the design purposes,understand the functions of the museum and its future development direction.Grasp the design direction from macroscopic:To study the relationship between the museum and the city,the relationship with the surrounding environment,and the relationship with the public;from the micro analysis of the characteristics of the museum,including the cultural connotation,operation mode and status quo.Considering all factors,summed up the key points of the design,design according to the design requirements,and ultimately from the architectural,landscape,interior three aspects to presentation the design results specific.In the environmental design,we pay more attention to the theme of the museum culture,the inheritance of the times and the expression of interaction and openness.In the cultural theme,deconstruct the Nantong blue calico,translate its cultural connotation into visual elements and application in environmental design,convey cultural information to people,create a theme atmosphere;in the era of inheritance,take the measures of combine the traditional and modern design elements clever to express the time characteristics and development attitude;in the open interaction,in addition to the building’ s open,based on the theme of the museum,combined with landscape design,display design to create a high open and interactive museum environment.Tries to realize the function of museum and create high quality city public space.
