Automatic transmission is one important aspect of automobile driving system, and the hydraulic mechanical automatic transmission is the mainstream products of automatic transmission. Automatic transmission exempt the multifarious operation when use the Manual Transmission and greatly alleviates the driver's working intensity. The dynamic behavior of pressure control system in hydraulic mechanical automatic transmission direct influence the shift quality, but the research on pressure control system of clutch is to be deficient in home. The goal of this thesis is to study the hydraulic control system in the hydraulic mechanical automatic transmission.Firstly, the hydraulic control system in the hydraulic mechanical automatic transmission is introduced and concluded by the numbers based on a lot of literature. And make an exhaustive analysis of the structure composition and working principle of the hydraulic control system in the hydraulic mechanical automatic transmission based on the Allison4000 series used in a high power automotive. Moreover, the main researching contents of the thesis are outlined. And make a research and summarization of the main control technology in the automatic transmission.Secondly, the mathematical model is established based on the relief circuit in the oil supply and pressure regulation and flow control system. And the study on stability of the relief circuit was carried out based on Matlab/Simulink., Analyzing the influence of the main parameters on the stability of the second oil circuit of the relief valve. And lay a foundation for the parameter optimization of the oil supply and pressure regulation system.Thirdly, the mathematical model is established based on the pressure control system of the shift clutch, and the simulation of the pressure control system of the shift clutch is made based on the Matlab/Simulink. And analyzing the influence of the main parameters on the stability of the oil pressure in the shift clutch. Moreover, also the simulation is made based on AMESim, and make a comparative analysis with the result based on the Matlab/Simulink. Finally, analyzing the oil pressure curves combined with the experimental results, and obtain some valuable result for shift quality control and shift rule control. And lay a foundation for the control of the automatic transmission.
