| With the rapid development of information technology,especially the widespread application of Internet technology,Power transmission network planning informational construction has become an important factor to improve the comprehensive competitiveness of a power supply company.It is necessary for Ganzi State Grid to speed up the information construction so as to realize the long term development.Therefore,we must highlight management and technology innovation,with the help of computer technology and software system,to realize transmission network planning informational management of the enterprise.In this way,we can establish a new enterprise personnel service mechanism that meets needs of times.In recent years,the headquarters of Ganzi State Grid raises new demand for the transmission network planning management informationization and standardization.To meet the headquarters’ demand and promote transmission network planning management level,a customized transmission network planning management system is designed for the Ganzi State Grid.The system avoids the shortages of the traditional transmission network planning management system,a single functioned system with poor security,and provided more scientific,convenient and safer function.First,this paper briefly introduces the system research background,significance and research trends at home and abroad.Second,we arranges the business process,getstogether all the kinds of difficulties encountered in transmission network planning management,analyses the requirements,and clarifies the functions of transmission network planning system.Third,we also do database design,networkdesign and module design,and the module is decomposed according to requirements.The system is consisted of five subsystems,Load forecasting system,Power balance system,Substation locating and sizing system,economic evaluation system,and Achievementsmanagement system.Fourth,The technology used in developing the system was investigated,including the J2 EE platform,we implement each part by JAVA and SQL SERVER 2008.Finally,we test the system to see whether it is safe,scientific and convenient.The results of this paper are applied in the actual process and it shows that the transmi ssion network planning management system helps us solve a lot of problems,such as the high workload and inefficiency of traditional transmission network planning mana gement,inconvenient query access and poor data security.The system provides an eas y access for user to manage power grid capacity margin and meet power grid develop ment needs.It is more efficient to import data as a batch.Manager can inquire and ana lyze the historical data of any period.The design of login entrance greatly improbves t he security of the user’s operation and reduces the risk of data leakage.By comparing c urrent power grid and the planning one through quantitative analysis and reliability ev aluation,the weak points are found and the planning scheme is optimized.In this way,it makes the power grid planning leaner and more scientific,therefore,the investment s can be more profitable.The system now is in stable trial operation in Ganzi Power S upply Company.It helps us make more effective investments than before,cut overlap ping investments and avoid reporting projects blindly.It also improves the power grid planning and provides paperless saving of various planning results. |
