| With the increase of car ownership,the amount of traffic accidents caused by cars are also gradually increase.The traffic problem caused by automobile is getting more and more attention from the society,and it is the first method to ensure the safety of automobile.One of the important factors in automobile safety performance is the braking performance,which is a very important task for the automobile manufacturer to improve the braking performance of the vehicle.ABS system is an important system to improve the safety of the automobile,which is an important system to improve the safety of the car.Mainly used for the detection of ABS road test is given priority to,the limited testing equipment,procedure trival,long testing time human cost,or only to test the simple circuit,the overall performance of the ABS system lack of detection means,so cannot be fully verified in the design phase.At this stage,if a set can verify and test the performance of automobile ABS exercises equipment,realize the rapid detection of automobile ABS performance,system developers,the vehicle design personnel is very meaningful,so you need to research and development of new type of automobile ABS system testing diagnostic equipment.ABS’s main function is used to increase the efficiency of the vehicle braking and emergency braking process of automobile stability,in this paper,according to the characteristics of ABS function based on the project open HIL hardware emulation platform,to develop the air pressure ABS test environment,sets the typical working conditions for ABS test,put forward the evaluation method of ABS,and connecting with the problems arising from the real vehicle matching application to analyze the failure mode of ABS,for ABS system development experience improvement.This article USES the independent development of pneumatic ABS hardware in the loop simulation test bench as ABS test environment,the test environment USES Truck Sim simulation software of the vehicle model and post-processing function,using the precise calibration of the independent set up model of actuator in Lab VIEW RT real-time simulation system,to ensure the simulation accuracy.Using wheel speed sensor model,test bench wheel speed signal processing into ABS-working condition of ECU for signal,and real-time transmission to the ABS ECU,gathering the command signal at the same time,the actuator model calculation,get the brake pressure value for the use of Truck Sim vehicle model.ABS can improve the braking distance performance of vehicle during emergency braking.The principle is that the control wheel slip rate is at a reasonable level,so that the vehicle can achieve both high lateral adhesion and high braking force.The stable performance of vehicle emergency braking is mainly reflected in the control of vehicle slip rate.Straight road brake and braking,turning vehicles can receive large lateral force,embodies the ABS control vehicle braking stability performance,based on the above index test and evaluate working condition of points,is used to compare the performance of sample.Because the car’s environment is in the process of actual driving dynamics,the side of the road environment is vulnerable to the interference of external factors,the ABS system can play a role as expected effect,its effect can meet customer expectations,only in the measurement of the real car.The condition parameters measurement and control platform is based on the theory of cognitive reserve or experience,validation and application effect of the ABS system simulation platform for mark,supplement and perfect parameter model can make the simulation platform play a more important value in the ABS system development process.Main components in the ABS system for automotive electronic products,a mature ABS system can deal with common malfunction of electronic products,its handling capacity is the embodiment of the maturity,the importance and the performance index,this article from the failure mode of found in the process of actual use,through the analysis of the method to find the real vehicle test failure causes of contrast experiment evaluation method,because of the limited resources and time for ABS fault mode to explore at the preliminary stage,with subsequent work to continue to study.Finally,the paper summarizes the research contents,and prospects the further research. |
