Recent years, the ABS technique have a rapid development, ABS has become an indispensable vehicle devices for car in the developed countries. The application of ABS in motorcycle is far behind in car, This is mainly because of the peculiarities of motorcycle: Motorcycle's structure is compact, and have not enough space to install ABS, which calls for the smaller structure of ABS ;The price of motorcycle is rather low, while a new ABS devices cost far more than the whole vehicle, This limits the motorcycle ABS's useness. It is main reason that motorcycle ABS don't have a rapid development. The medium-price and low-price motorcycle don't have ABS devices, because a mature ABS devices cost far higher than the vehicle. However, with motorcycle's speed is more and more higher, customers's braking- stability requirements are also improving. It is nessery to make a study and research about motorcycle's ABS.This dissertation ananlyzed the status of the domestic and foreign motorcycle ABS device and find the fault of the current motorcycle MABS design theory and structure: MABS's design-theory just directly followed the ABS Electronic Design Theory, MABS's structure the brake pressure can play a damping effect on the brake pressure, it don't play a packing and venting effect; the preload of MABS is unreasonable. To address these problems, this paper analyzes the working principle of ABS,and designed MABS structure with a ladder hole for venting results. Considering different motorcycle models and different deceleration, study the setting- preload of MABS. Finally, through simulation and experimental testing of MABS, this MABS structure achieves the desired purpose.
