In recent years,due to the lack of labor force and environmental pollution problems,assembly building structure in China has been rapid development.At the same time,in the field of the design and analysis of the assembly building structure,the structure of the local node and the node connection of the assembly structure,the researchers have accumulated a wealth of literature.However,in the analysis of the overall stiffness of the assembly structure,the research results are less.The researchers mainly in the laboratory to carry out experimental research on the vibration of the structural components of the test,in the large assembly buildings on the lack of effective experimental data analysis.The technical specification of the assembled concrete structure provides that the structural analysis is equivalent to the analysis of the cast in place structure.This article focuses on the dynamic characteristics of the test,to analyze the frequency variation of the construction of the concrete frame structure in the construction process,compared with the finite element software modeling and analysis,to reflect the change of stiffness.The Hebei province Baoding city in the future international center of two high-rise office building project,follow the vibration signal test on the two building prefabricated high-rise building from the bottom to the top in the construction process,the structure of the speed sensor placed in different positions,with the increase of the floor in the construction process,the dynamic characteristics of the building step detection experiment,dynamic the analysis,so as to obtain the vibration frequency of different layers of the construction process of prefabricated buildings.In the PKPM software to carry out finite element analysis,theory of vibration frequency structure,comparing two kinds of data,and using the empirical formula to verify the conclusion:the concrete frame structure and the cast-in-place structure is close to the value in the frequency of assembly in this test,compared with the numerical the calculated theoretical value and experience formula calculation,field test value is slightly smaller,but the difference is very small.It proves that the stiffness of the assembled concrete frame structure is weaker than that of the cast-in-place structure,and the stiffness is basically equal. |
