Research On Interactive Design Of Intelligent Products Face The Aging Society

Nowadays,the problem of aging population is increasingly serious and the elderly living ability gradually fail with the decline of physical and mental function.In 21 st century,science and technology has developed rapidly and lots of intelligent products penetrate to the daily life of old people.On the one hand,the intelligent older products can make the designers’ vision into reality and make the products assist elderly life.On the other hand,the use methods that beyond the cognition of old people bring obstacles to elderly when they use intelligent products.This paper explores how to improve the interactivity of elderly intelligent products from the perspective of interaction design.This paper first analyzes the characteristics that associate with the physical and psychological of elderly and then summarizes the enlightenment of the elderly intelligent products in interaction design.Then this paper concludes the interaction design elements of different types of elderly intelligent products from the perspective of function analysis、the interactive elements of physiological needs、the interactive elements of psychological emotional needs.This paper applied Kano model to analyze the demand for intelligent products of elderly.We schedule the priority of the interactive elements that relate to elderly intelligent products based on Kano model and carry out the survey to collect data based on it.Studies have shown that it is very important to improve the availability requirements and emotional satisfaction requirements of elderly intelligent products.This paper proposed the interaction design of elderly intelligent products strategies to reduce the cognitive friction of elderly and establish the model of emotional compensation interaction design that relate to elderly intelligent design through empathic design.Finally,the article carried out the design practice applying strategy and model which associates with elderly intelligent products of interactive design.We can compensate the loss emotion of elderly through intelligent products and improve the interactivity of elderly intelligent products.
