As China entered a stage of rapid urbanization,residential construction have sprung up boom.After decades of practice and development,it has formed a organization mode of living space.on the basis of the principle of “neighborhood unit”.With urban sprawl development scale expands unceasingly.lead to weakening the relationship between the community and the city,causing the energy loss and urban street traffic pressure.And the rapid development of the service industry as well as the network developed make residents can get the required services easily without having to turn to neighborhood,also to a certain extent,promote the traditional neighborhood relations gradually collapse.Open community construction in order to create a fair and harmonious living environment as the starting point and develops well.In this paper,through the open community planning at home and abroad for reference,the practical experience,to construct an open community and city mutually melt symbiotic construction strategy and establish its suitability evaluation method.The article is divided into six parts,the first introduced the research background and significance,and the related research at home and abroad were reviewed and summarized,on the basis of the specific research contents,methods and research framework;Secondly,from the planning theory,the method of building spatial patterns and three levels reflect on the current our country community construction problems,and then analyze the current situation of the development of community and summarized;Again,on the basis of extensive field investigation,from the macroscopic and microscopic two aspects demonstrates the main factors affecting the community open,select the community profile location,street scale,road planning and design,public service facilities layout,design,open space community border design,community diversity,community management mode is analyzed;Then,in view of the analysis of the factors associated with targeted construction strategy is put forward.And put forward the open community mode of open suitability evaluation method,and further through the AHP evaluation model to evaluate real case.To guide the community construction and development of open mode,strengthen the community and city streets vitality,promote the neighbors and ascension.
