Traditionally,the study of marine power development focuses on ocean wave power station and high power generation equipment.However,the thesis researches on the low power and distributed generation device.The device is mainly installed on the buoy,which supply electric power for marine monitoring equipment and sensor networks to compensate the limitation of the application of the wind and solar energy applied on the sea and also can resolve the problems of limited service life of the chemical batteries and environmental harm.It has great significance on the field of new energy development.In this paper,the power generation device was overall analyzed from the design theory to parameter determination and finite element simulation.Finally,the results of the simulation were verified by the prototype fabrication and experimental test.On the basis of ocean wave theory and the laws of electromagnetic induction and other relevant theories and the working principle of the permanent magnet vibration generator,the electromechanical coupling model of the low frequency permanent magnet wave power generation was established.The influence of the motivation factors of the generation on output induction electromotive force was described,which provides the theoretical guidance for the device model design and prototype fabrication.Utilizing the finite element analysis software to make the static simulation,the permanent magnet device composed by 10 fan-shaped magnetic tiles was determined and the radial magnetization was chosen.In the transient simulation,the thickness,width and the distance between the coils of the device were determined.Also the output electromotive forces of the device with different parameters were obtained.The relation between the parameters and the induced electromotive forces was analyzed.In the simulation,the device was set to the inner and outer double coil windings and the number of turns was 400.The vibration amplitude is from-50 mm to 50 mm and the vibration period was 2s,the maximum output open-circuit voltage was 25.162 V,the maximum output power was approximately 15.4664 W.After designed the electricity generator post-processing circuit conformed to this subject,the energy storage module,voltage regulator circuit module,switch control circuit,and supplementary circuit module were added.By controlling MOS switch circuit,the precision collection and processing of electric energy were achieved and could meet the requirement of the device.The experimental prototype was designed and the induced electromotive forces of device produced under different parameters were collected by the oscilloscope.Finally,according to comparison of test data and the simulation data the actual performance of device was further understood and the correctness of the design and simulation were verified.
