| Previously,the study of ocean wave energy mainly concentrated in high power generation equipment,which is near the coastal.However,the main concern of the subject focuses on the ocean meteorology drifting buoys independent unit-style power supply system,which could provide stable electrical power for the ocean meteorology sensors module and satellite communication module.It can solve a series of problems about solar power limitations.Combining permanent magnet vibrator theory and the Character of Ocean-Volatility,the differences between traditional Vibration technology and Ocean fluctuation Power were contrasted and permanent magnet ocean fluctuation power generation device model was raised on the basis of ocean wave theory and Faraday Law of Electromagnetic Induction.Material NdFe B-N38,the third generation of Permanent magnet,is used as structural parameter of permanent magnet.The power generation device and output induced electromotive force state were analyzed.Thinking about the restrictions of power generation device in application fields,permanent magnet and induction coil of generating set were simulated in optimization design theory and finite element analysis software to optimize the permanent magnet and the structural parameter of induction coil.The internal and external structure of the coil and the idea of parallel series parallel connection were proposed to improve the power generation efficiency and reduce the cost aimed at low frequency and large amplitude characteristics of ocean waves.The simulation results showed that the induction electromotive force increased by 50% with the scheme of the internal and external structure of the coil and the parallel series parallel connection at the same time reducing the output.The prototype was made and the experimental platform was set up in the laboratory.The influence of different coil turns on the induced electromotive force was tested and the internal and external structure of the coil and the scheme of parallel series parallel connection were verified under the condition of artificial simulation source.The correctness of the optimization design was verified and the cause of error was analyzed through the contrast of simulation data and test results.The system power supply scheme from power generation device to energy storage module to load was designed.Based on the analysis of the equivalent circuit of permanent magnet type wave power generation device,the lithium iron phosphate battery was determined as energy storage module and the PNGV equivalent model was analyzed.Considering the induction electromotive force with variable frequency range exported by wave power generation device,the rectifier and filter circuit was designed andthe function module of battery charge and discharge control circuit was introduced... |
