| In the 21st century, "Energy, Environment, Development" are the three main themes to the new century human society. Among these three themes, the rational development and utilization of energy will directly affect the environmental protection and sustainable development of human society. With the development of technology, green, efficient and pollution-free power source has been the general concern of scientists. Vibrating form of energy exists in the natural environment, and the vibration generation is as a new thing to have abundant energy source. It possesses a strong vitality and great prospects for development, compared with the traditional power generation and energy batteries. The research work of this paper is as follows:1. Based on a large number of references, the development situation of permanent magnet vibration generator is introduced at home and abroad to discuss the significance of research work.2. According to Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction, the theory of permanent magnet vibration generator is analyzed, including: the theory of electromagnetic induction, finite element analysis theory of permanent magnet, magnetic circuit analysis theory. Finally a limited element analysis software is introduced.3. By using finite element analysis software, the radial magnetic field of permanent magnet generator is simulated, and the main structure of generator is designed, including: vibration pick-up device, frame, winding coil. Based on the optimized structure and the result of finite element simulation, the output voltage of vibration generator is calculated with Matlab software.4. Through theoretical analysis, the prototype of radial magnetized permanent magnet vibration generator is fabricated. The output voltage of the generator prototype is tested, and the test result is analyzed. The result has shown that the oscillator, coil, magnetic circuit, vibration source amplitude and frequency have an effect on the output characteristic of the motor. |
