| According to the real-time requirements of the remote monitoring and control system,the remote monitoring scheme of the key parameters was designed.Based on the software engineering and network communication technology,through making software,developing database and building the network platform,a real-time remote monitoring system for the production process of hot mix asphalt was successfully developed.The system was divided into six parts: the project monitoring,alarm,the parameter setting,the basic information,the data downloading and analysis,the hot bin screening results,etc.The system basically solved four key techniques of the dynamic quality control management system of the asphalt mixture mixing floor: real-time data acquisition,real-time data transmission,reception of server-side data and the embodiment of the production data.Through the engineering test and the analysis of the asphalt mix real-time data,the functions of this system were basically reached the expected requirement and the remote monitoring management of asphalt mixture was realized.The system can realize the mixing production real-time data acquisition,processing,analysis and remote transmission function,it can effective monitor and control the mixing process and the key parameters of asphalt mixture.It is significant of improving the mixture production efficiency and quality control level. |
