In order to ensure the quality of the highway pavement construction,the Shanxi Provincial Transportation Department,cooperating with Chang'an University,has carried out the project of “Study on Key Technology of Material Tracking and Quality Monitoring in Asphalt Mixing Station” to realize real-time monitoring and construction positioning of production data of asphalt mixing station in construction project of Xi'an-Xianyang northern circle highway.In this paper,a system,real-time production data acquisition in asphalt mixing station,is developed,which can monitor the production parameters and production status of the mixing station in real time.And the system can monitor and forecast the ratio of the mixing station and provide the guarantee for the construction quality of the pavement.In this paper,a data acquisition system of asphalt mixing station,combining the technology of image recognition,Internet of Things and GPRS wireless communication and based on image recognition is developed.The system includes three parts: image acquisition unit of production data,image processing and recognition unit and monitoring data processing early warning unit.The image acquisition unit of production data is the main acquisition module of the system,which is designed of hardware and software.Firstly,this unit uses the camera to collect the information image of production data in the asphalt mixing station,and then transmits the image to IPC(Industrial Personal Computer)through the image acquisition card.What's more,The IPC processes and stores the image data to obtain monitoring data which is wirelessly transmitted to the remote data server through GPRS.The unit,image processing and recognition,is the core of system data processing.The theory,all of the image processing and recognition,has been studied,modeled and tested.To the beginning,the original image has grayed to get rid of noise and image strengthened.And then carry out the process of image binary.Finally,through feature location and matching recognition,the production data has been extracted in the processed image.The unit,monitoring data processing,is to analyze,store,display and forecast the real-time monitoring data of the asphalt mixing station.This module can draw the ratio curve and grading curve of the mixture,and intuitively detect whether the quality of the mixture is qualified to achieve real-time alarm and guide the production through the curve of graph.The data acquisition system,asphalt mixing station,realizes the real-time monitoring of the production data,which is based on image recognition.This system provides scientific gist for the quality evaluation system of the asphalt mixture and promotes the construction quality of the pavement,which has the practical value.
