| As the key equipment of the construction site,the builders hoist is used to transport the building materials,persons and equipment.Through the tireless efforts of many researchers for years,the builders hoist technology has been great improved in structure,electronic control,safety,etc.However,there are still many problems in the design,manufacture and so on,such as the long design period,the large weight of cage.In order to solve these problems and save a lot of manpower and time,it is an effective work to develop the application software which is specially used for the structural analysis and calculation of builders hoist.As a popular technology,computer aided design plays an important role in the development of modern product design technology.A CAD/CAE Integrated design system is been used in a company,which has become one of the important signs of having advanced information technology.The application of CAD/CAE technology in builders hoist design improves design efficiency and product quality,while is of great significance to reduce development costs and rationally use of resources and shorten the development period and further optimize its structure.The main work of this paper is as follows:1.Through analyzing the composition and working principle of builder hoist and loads that should be considered in the design,include static load,rated load,wind load,etc,The load combinations of main structural parts under different working conditions is given,which provides a theoretical basis for the development of structural analysis and calculation system of builder hoist.2.The key technologies are studied such as parametric modeling and assembly technology,parameter finite element analysis and generation analysis report.Meanwhile,selecting SolidWorks,ANSYS,Word as the system support application and studying their secondary development methods and integration modes.Among them,in order to realize the perfect integration of ANSYS,innovatively suggesting a second development method based on Socket and Windows API.The research of the key technologies provides the basis for the realization of the structure analysis and calculation system.3.Through analyzing the system requirements,carry out the system function design and architecture design.Identify the system architecture as a three-tier architecture,and use reflection factory pattern to implement system extensibility and openness.Meanwhile,realize the functions of the module based on the Visual Studio and SolidWorks,ANSYS,Word.Through the practical application,it is proved that the structure analysis and calculation system developed in this paper can realize the function of modeling,analysis and report generation.It has valuable for engineering application. |
