With the rapid development of society,informationization construction has been everywhere.Especially in the military informationization construction,our country is in a critical period,to improve the military electromechanical equipment informatization level is the key point of the military informationization construction urgently needs to be solved at present stage.Hydraulic system is widely used in the field of the military electromechanical equipment,in which the missile launch vehicle application is extremely prominent,mainly to complete the missile launch vehicle support and leveling,the launch of erecting and lock and other functions,is a prerequisite for the successful completion of scheduled launch.Hydraulic system plays a vital role in the process of operation,once the failure of hydraulic components will seriously affect the completion of the training of troops and combat mission.In view of the above problems,our country urgently needs to develop a set of information management system for the hydraulic components of the military electromechanical equipment to meet the demand of information warfare.The hydraulic system of military electromechanical equipment consists of valve,pump,motor,cylinder and accessory.The information management system consists of valve subsystem,pump subsystem,motor subsystem,cylinder subsystem and accessory subsystem.Each subsystem is independent and complement each other.In this paper,the cylinder subsystem and accessory subsystem are taken as the research object,and the requirements analysis and database design of the two sub-systems are carried out,finally the system development is finished.The system has collected tens of thousands of information about the cylinders and accessories of the famous hydraulic components manufacturers at home and abroad.After a year of development and debugging,the results show that the system is stable and reliable,easy maintenance,friendly man-machine interface and many other advantages.
