With the deepening of the highway construction in Yunnan Province,the quality of the aggregate is more and more attention.Based on Yunnan Province expressway asphalt road surface quality and technical indicators of aggregates,specifications and quality of parent rock,on the basis of full investigation,explore the main cause of aggregate quality problems,and from the aggregate crushing process and dust removal process,aggregate equipment working parameters configuration,put forward in yunnan province expressway asphalt road surface aggregate production quality control method.Firstly,on asphalt surface aggregate crushing process and dust removal process is analyzed,with three highway under construction in yunnan stone field as the research object,in investigating the aggregate production process and the actual effect,on the basis of the combination crusher equipment performance characteristics,the different crushing process were analyzed,according to the characteristics of the aggregate lithology to select the best crushing process;And according to the aggregate of the actual production situation,and puts forward the dust removal equipment configuration conditions.Secondly,this paper expounds the basic principle of discrete element method and aggregate sieve sieve effect assessment method,determines the aggregate particles,the contact between the aggregate particles and sieve between model and the aggregate particle size distribution model.Entities to aggregate vibrating screen equipment in order to establish the three-dimensional model prototype,and import the EDEM simulation software,aggregate model of working parameters according to the actual value is set,the aggregate sieve screening process in discrete element simulation.Through the screening efficiency is EDEM simulation and field test for screening efficiency,process of aggregate sieve sieve discrete element simulation verified the feasibility and accuracy.Finally,in order to more clearly classify the levels of road aggregates with the specification of S9,S12 and S15,choose the common aggregate vibration screening device 3YK2160 as the research object and establish the models of the vibration screening device with the processing capacity of 70m~3/h,80m~3/h,90m~3/h.100m~3/h and 110m~3/h respectively.With the screening efficiency as the evaluation index of the aggregate level classification,and with the size of the screen mesh as 22 mm,11mm and 6mm respectively,make DEM simulation analysis on the screening process to determine the corresponding optimal structure parameters and vibration parameters when the vibration screening device comes with different processing capacity.The simulation analysis shows that when the processing capacity is 70m~3/h,80m~3/h,90m~3/h.100m~3/h and 110m~3/h respectively,the optimal structure parameters and vibration parameters for the aggregate vibration screening device 3YK2160 are as follows: inclination angle 18°,amplitude 4mm,and frequency 16Hz;inclination angle 20°,amplitude 3mm,and frequency 16 Hz,inclination angle 20°,amplitude 4mm,and frequency 16 Hz,inclination angle 22°,amplitude 4mm,and frequency 16 Hz,inclination angle 24°,amplitude 3mm,and frequency 16 Hz.
