Research On Yunnan Province Expressway Engineering Cost Index System

Engineering cast index system for typical structures under Yunnan topography,geological and engineering conditions are established in this paper.By using existing information and data,engineering quantity and economic indicators are analyzed to obtain suitable project cost index system for Yunnan highway.Based on collecting highway project cost data in Yunnan province,the characteristics of design,construction and cost of expressway in Yunnan Province are analyzed.Technical and economic index system of typical structures is established taking vertical and horizontal analysis and sensitivity analysis.The research results are as follows:First of all,the contents and methods of building up project cost data are put forward after analyzing the characteristics of Expressway in Yunnan province and its influence on cost.Secondly,the reasonable selecting principle and method are proposed to be used in the selection of typical structures according to the design,construction and cost characteristics of the expressway unit project in Yunnan province.Additionally,based on theoretical analysis of index system construction,the principles and methods of highway engineering cost index are presented,then construct the cost index and analyze the system with the authentic data from Yunnan province.Besides,combined with the cost data of highway project built in Yunnan Province in recent years,vertical and horizontal analysis of expressway project in Yunnan Province are carried out on the basis of the selection and analysis of the cost index of highway engineering.The characteristics and rules of the cost of the highway engineering project in Yunnan province are summed up.Finally the sensitivity analysis method,object and steps of constructing index system are presented.The sensitivity analysis of highway project in Yunnan Province is used to study sensitivity indicators of total cost and expenses of construction and erection indexes.The specific examples using the cost index are presented.Research findings are applied by several Yunnan province highway investment development limited companies,Design Institutes and cost consulting companies.Using the index system to manage Investment Estimation,Price Evaluation and Budget,construction investments are conserved.Facts proved that the index system has certain guiding significance to the engineering cost management of highway construction project in Yunnan Province.
