Research On Performance Evaluation For Construction Projects Management Process

Construction project is an industry with high labor density and complexity of high technology,its project management efficiency directly affects the success or failure of the construction project.This paper points out that the previous rough,inefficient,rely on the project manager and other professional staff personal experience of project management way already can not adapt to the requirements of modern project management based on the current China construction engineering project management problems of inefficiency.Under such market background,this paper put forward the performance evaluation of construction engineering project management process form the perspective of project management process.And,this paper build a fuzzy synthetic evaluation model in order to perfect the evaluation theory and method of project management process with the goal of improving the project management process efficiency,for the project organizers and managers seek project management methods and means to improve the performance of management process.First of all,this article divisions of each stage of the project management process,from project startup stage,stage of project planning,project implementation and control,project closeout phase four phases to construct the performance evaluation system of construction engineering project management process of the basic framework,and then by defining a child process of each stage,to establish the complete index system for performance evaluation of construction project management.Then,according to the construction of building project management performance evaluation of three class evaluation model,using the a nalytic hierarchy process to the relative importance of each layer to the upper indicators were calculated,and based on analytic hierarchy process to determine the index weight fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to establish the performance evaluation of construction engineering project management process model.First performance of the project management process to adopt the evaluation set of 5 class,respectively the performance evaluation indexes in the level within the period of the best,better,general,poor,and the worst,and then using the expert evaluation method to the sub process performance evaluation,and based on the fusion of each index weight of the final project management process performance.Finally,this article ends with Hunan New Hualian Dream City project as an example for the performance of the project management process in a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,articles of building construction engineering project management process is verified the effectiveness of the performance evaluation model.
