Study On Aplication Of Whole Process Cost Management To SQ Apartment Project

The project cost management,with construction project as the resear ch object,comprehensively applies technology,economy,management,le gal and other means to improve construction project management and inv estment efficiency.Its core idea is to commendably define and control the construction cost based on the activitie.Nowadays,the project cost manag ement and control is not limited to pre-settlement.It covers decision-mak ing,design,tendering,bid-inviting,construction,final accounts and other stages,which involves the whole process of project implementation.Mean while,whole process cost management is also a dynamic process,i.e.a sta tic plan could comprehensively guide and control the dynamic implementa tion process.Aiming at the domestic ubiquitous situation of the lose control of project investment and taking the application of professional knowledge and technology into planing and controlling resources,cost,profit and risks,,this paper is based on the theory of project cost management,guided by the methods of principle of project cost control and the whole process of cost management,expounding the research history and present situation of project cost management at home and abroad.Taking the whole cost management in the construction process of SQ apartment project as an example,this thesis focuses on the cost management of each stages in the construction of the project and analyzes the application and the main problems of cost management in the whole process to sort and conclude the key points and strategies of project cost management in the whole process which include five stages: project decision,design,bid invitation,construction and final accounts.Finally,the effect of the whole process cost management of the SQ apartment project is analyzed,putting forward relevant suggestions of the whole process cost managementaccording to the SQ apartment project,optimizing the flow of cost management and control in the whole process for apartment projects and other construction projects,in order to provide reference and guidance on scientific project cost management in implement for construction units,project consultancy agencies and project construction companies and project management companies.
