| In recent years,with the rapid development of China’s construction industry,the country has more urgent requirements on the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry and the transformation of old and new drivers.The development and wide application of BIM technology have brought unprecedented changes to the construction industry,and at the same time,it has also brought huge impetus to the research of engineering cost management in the construction industry.With the continuous deepening of BIM technology concept,the continuous expansion of scope and the constant display of value,the traditional construction industry has been expanded from the design stage to the whole process management of engineering construction,from a single technology to diversified comprehensive application development,from computer application to mobile client.The development of BIM technology is a disruptive change to the whole process management of the construction industry,which brings revolutionary changes from the way of working,the way of thinking and the way of working to all parties involved in the construction,especially to the whole process management of project cost.Therefore,it is of great practical engineering significance to carry out the research of BIM technology in the whole process cost management of engineering construction.Starting from the construction concept and the application of BIM technology and the whole process of engineering cost management concept and so on several aspects,based on BIM technology application in commercial real estate construction whole process cost management,discussed and analyzed the our country’s existing decision-making,design,bidding,construction and completion of phased whole process cost management and cost management,studies the BIM technology application in the engineering cost industry present situation,this paper expounds the importance of BIM technology for engineering cost management.Based on REVIT BIM modeling software and Glodon computational quantity pricing modeling software,a new engineering cost management method is established,which can convert the components on the drawing into intuitive three-dimensional physical graphics,accurately and quickly calculate the component information,improve the computational efficiency,and realize the rapid and accurate calculation of engineering cost.Through the integration of BIM technology with other general information technology,management system and other platforms,it realizes the mutual circulation of data at all stages and the collaborative work of multiple parties,and realizes the whole-process cost management of engineering projects.Finally,it relies on the project of Green city lanyue commercial complex on east cultural road of jinan city,and uses BIM-REVIT software and Glodon BIM software to carry out whole-process project cost management.With the help of BIM technology,project virtual construction is carried out,and the whole process of construction scheme is simulated,analyzed and optimized.Errors,omissions and collisions between different majors in the design drawings are checked out,so as to obtain the optimal scheme,improve the construction efficiency and quality,reduce rework and reduce the project cost.Based on the unified BIM information model,all parties cooperate to share data,providing a basis for the cost management of the whole process,the whole life cycle and the whole element. |
