The emotional cognition and demand of users on product form tend to be diversified,as a result of which,the design goal of the product form tends to the comprehensive performance of multi-images,called compound image.In the process of product design,there exist the coupling relationships of the mutual restriction among the components,the difficult integration of multi-images,and the property conflict of the design elements,and so on.In the same way,when the different design elements are reconstructed into new samples,the coupling conflict among the design elements will also cause the failure of product development.In view of this,the research uses entropy theory to get the compound image,establishes the mapping relationship between the compound image and form design elements,and analyzes the coupling characteristics of the design elements under the compound image,and finally a coupling optimization design system based on design form of product image is put forward,combined with the genetic algorithm.The main research contents include the following three parts:Firstly,analyze the relationship between the compound image and form design elements.The emotional cognition of users on product is analyzed,the subjective evaluation value of users is quantitatively processed by using the SD method,and the typical research sample and target perceptual image are determined by the methods of cluster analysis and KJ.Then the weight of each target image is obtained by using the image entropy,so as to get the comprehensive evaluation value of the compound image.And the design elements of product form are deconstructed by using the method of morphological analysis,and the mapping relationship between the compound image and form design elements is established by using the Quantification-I theory.Secondly,analyze the coupling characteristics of the form design elements under the compound image.The design elements are reconstructed into new samples by using the orthogonal experimental design method,and the image evaluation value of new samples is transformed into triangular fuzzy rating by using the scale transformation method,so as to establish the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation form of the product.Then the weighted normalized fuzzy decision matrix is calculated by using the fuzzy ideal approximation solution,to get the fuzzy optimal solution and optimal solution,and then to get the relative closeness between each new sample andthe ideal solution,based on which,the comprehensive ranking of new samples is obtained,as well as the optimal target sample.And the deconstruction and induction are carried out for the design elements of new samples,and the coupling principle of the design elements of product image modeling is got after the further analysis.Thirdly,establish the coupling optimization design system of product image form.The coupling optimization model of product image form is constructed by using genetic algorithm,so as to establish the coupling optimization design system of product image form.The system uses the optimal target sample as the initial sample,and carries out genetic operation after setting up the initial coupling parameters,and adaptively filters by using the methods of intelligent evaluation of coupling fitness function and artificial intervention evaluation,then carries out coupling optimization of the target sample,so as to rapidly and efficiently select the product,of which the target image is suitable for the user.The research uses the glasses design as an example,gets the compound image evaluation of users on product form,reveals the coupling rules among design elements of product image form,and finally puts forward the coupling optimization design system,which has the guiding significance to the form design of product image.
