| Nowadays,with the rapid development of the design industry,the user-centered design ideas have become a common design cognition.In the process of product design,product prototype,as the initial form of product,can reflect the basic needs of users.However,with the continuous improvement of consumers’ aesthetic and cognitive abilities,users’ emotional needs and aesthetic cognition of products are becoming more and more complicated.Therefore,the product design should be based on user cognition,in-depth analyze and explore the consumer’s psychological prototype and emotional needs,so as to carry out product image styling design.For the product design process,there are implicit relationships of mutual restriction and coordination among design elements,and it is necessary to explore the coupling problem between the various design elements that constitute the product.Based on the above problems,this study explored product prototype form and emotional needs through prototype experiment,so as to carry out product image prototype design.An analytical model was established by calculating the coupling degree between morphological elements,and then the morphological coupling mechanism was explored by combining qualitative and quantitative analysis.Then,a morphological coupling optimization design system was established based on genetic algorithm,so as to develop the optimal design of product image styling and realize the excellent product design satisfying consumers’ emotional cognition.The main research content includes the following three parts:First,product image prototype design.Through the establishment of prototype experiment,the user’s emotional cognition of the product was explored in depth.The shape blending algorithm based on NURBS curve with the minimum distance was used to achieve the final representative prototype of the product by pairwise homogenizing the prototype form.The kansei image words of target products were collected through product image research,and the target image words were determined after lexical similarity survey and cluster analysis.Then through the image prototype experiment,the target image prototype of consumers was explored,and the target image prototype form was obtained.Take this as the target form to homogenize the product representative prototype form and obtain the target image prototype design form of the product.Second,the morphological coupling analysis of image styling design.In order to quantitatively analyze consumers’ aesthetic cognition and image demand for product form,morphological coupling degree was used to measure the degree of mutual influence and restriction between elements.The product form was described by spectral analysis method,the spatial eigenvectors of product form elements were constructed by Fourier operators obtained morphological spectral analysis,and the morphological coupling degree was quantified by calculating cosine similarity between feature vectors.The semantic difference method was used to obtain the consumers’ evaluation value of the target image,and the morphological analysis method was used to determine the product styling design elements.The quantitative relationship between the target image and the design elements was constructed by quantitative I-class theory,and the morphological design elements under the target image were obtained accordingly.The coupling mechanism of product image form was obtained through the investigation of consumers’ image scale and form preference.The evaluation index system of morphological coupling degree was constructed and the optimal range of morphological coupling degree was obtained.Thirdly,the morphological coupling optimization design system was established.The genetic algorithm was used to construct the coupling optimization model of product image morphology,and the morphological coupling optimization design system was established.The prototype design form under the product target image was taken as the initial sample,genetic operation was performed to generate the optimized population,and the optimal population was selected and optimized by the coupling mechanism.Finally,the optimization and perfection of the image prototype design was optimized.In this study,the perfume bottle design was taken as an example to construct the prototype form design under the product target image.The morphological coupling mechanism was constructed by analyzing consumer cognition,and the coupling law between the morphological elements in the image design was revealed.The morphological coupling optimization design system was established to optimize the product target image prototype form. |
