| Coal-fired power plantprovides power for social enterprises,but also the social and economic development barometer,also is an important component of power plants,while coal-fired power plants consume large amounts of coal,for more than half of the coal resource in our country used on coal-fired power plants,coal-fired power plant power generation,at the same time,a large number of air pollutants produces also,is a major air pollutant emission.Resource saving and environmental protection of coal-fired power generation enterprises has great impact on the construction of a conservation oriented society.At present,with the improvement of living standards,the global economic structure and industrial structure optimization requiremore and more higher demands,the domestic economy,energy and environmental protection situation should conform to the development of the times,coal-fired power plants enteredin a new critical period,facing the transformation of economic growth mode,market competition,resource constraints,environmental protection and other serious challenges.Energy saving and environmental protection has become the only way of enterprise survival and development,how to choose the advanced technology in energy saving and environmental protection,related to the investment cost and the profits of the business,is also an important factor related to the safe operation of electric power enterprises.After the extensive development of national economy,environmental problems are becoming increasingly prominent,the environmental pressure gradually increased,the industrial transformation has become increasingly urgent,coal-fired power plants as large energy consumption,low emissions or near zero emissions have been put on the schedule,install flue gas denitration device is a necessarily trend.In emission reduction transformation engineering,we should have overall think about the probability of source saving,to avoid reconstruction and transformation.In this paper,through the analysis of DeNOx systemtransformationin a supercritical 600 MW unit,discussing the advantages and disadvantages of various technologies,and finally chooses a kind of advanced denitrification technology which is suitable for the power plant.In power plants,DeNOx devicetransformation is a kind of application technology,the key to the success of transformation lies in planning and design stage,mainly includes the transformation technology genre,selection of the process parameters,the selection of catalysts,bypass setting and the flue gas flow field is uniform;if takes improper transformation design may lead to thelack of denitrification ability or too large to leadeconomic losses,and may lead to the continuous operation of the denitration device or air preheater clogging.To make the transformation to obtain the corresponding effect,we needs to the take simulation on design parameters and structure,including numerical simulation and physical simulation machine,to adjust the design parameters and structure based on the simulation results,so as to achieve the best effects,this paper focus on introducing the numerical simulation(CFD)and physical simulation which is applied in the engineering.Energy saving is a supporting project for this project,installDeNOx device in the flue will increase the resistance of the system,which bring the need of fan and booster fan transformation,through the comparison of the safety and economy of several ways of the fan,choosing the combined fantransformation technology,andoptimizing the flue structure,acquires a better energy-saving mode. |
