| The joint station crude oil heating uses a heating system centered on a fuel or gas heating furnace.This method not only has low thermal efficiency,but also has large oil and gas consumption and high production and operation costs.With the continuous development of clean energy represented by optoelectronics and wind power,the pressure on the regulation and control of the power grid is increasing,and the price difference between peak and valley is also increasing.Starting from the consideration of power grid peaking,this paper uses the current time-of-use price difference,comprehensively utilizes heat pump,thermal energy storage and photovoltaic power generation,and considers the heat cost to complete the design of the new heating system for the joint station.The new heating system mainly includes photovoltaic cells,heat pumps,electric heat storage,water jacket furnaces and electric boilers.In this paper,the equivalent output model and related constraint relationships are established for each major equipment in the heating system.The economic benefits of using heat pump for waste heat recovery and utilization are analyzed.Based on the current time-sharing price policy,the economic benefits expected from the application of the energy storage heat pump in the system are discussed.Finally,taking an actual joint station in East China as an example,an optimization model for the new heating system operation of the combined station based on electric heat joint scheduling is proposed.Using MATLAB software to call the Yamlip/Lpsolve solver to obtain the optimal output of each part in the scheduling period,and calculate the total operating cost including fuel cost,new equipment investment,operation and maintenance,and the original heating system commonly used in the joint station.The total operating costs of heating systems containing only waste heat recovery were compared.The results show that under the condition of providing the same electric heating load in winter,the daily production cost of the new heating system comprehensive scheduling model is 20176.3 yuan,which is 14.9% lower than the original heating system 23736.2 yuan per day,and the heating with only waste heat recovery.The system is reduced by 7.2%.The research in this paper can provide an important reference for the design and operation control of the new combined heat and power system of the oilfield combined station. |
