In this paper a circulating fluidized bed boiler flue gas denitration as an object,using the theory of denitration technology related knowledge,combined with the engineering application practice,analysis the advantages and disadvantages of several kinds of denitration scheme.Based on the analysis of all kinds of denitration technology,selection of SNCR and ozone oxidation synergy denitration technology of circulating fluidized bed boiler flue gas denitration processing scheme,puts forward the design points of the circulating fluidized bed boiler to implement low nox emissions and equipment technical requirements,and technical reformation was carried out.In this paper in a circulating fluidized bed boiler using SNCR technology on the basis of simulation calculation,the separator inlet flue gas parameters,selection of reducing agent were studied,such as according to the results of the study was carried out by SNCR process design,urea preparation system design,high flow circulation module design,dilution metering module design,distribution,and the injection system design.In the study of ozone oxidation denitration technology based on the system design,completed the design of the ozone generator,cooling water inlet control system design,module design,electrical and control module design,ozone dosing and exhaust system design.Through the above design,carry out the SNCR O3 oxidation coordination denitration technology transformation.In the reform carried out on the basis of performance test.The experimental results showed that:(1)100% load of the boiler operation and putting-in-service proactively SNCR denitration technology system denitration efficiency is 66.69%;Export NOX concentration of 89.43 mg/Nm3,NOX emissions in flue gas can reduce emissions of about 2062 tons/year.(2)100% load of the boiler operation,only using ozone denitration technology system denitration efficiency is 36.4% export NOX concentration is 168.82 mg/Nm3,NOX emissions in flue gas can reduce emissions of about 1280 tons/year.(3)100% load of the boiler operation and putting-in-service proactively SNCR denitration technology and ozone denitration technology system combined the denitration efficiency is 79.85%,the export NOX concentration of 55.45 mg/Nm3,NOX emissions in flue gas can reduce emissions of about 2398 tons/year.(4)And experimental study show that: the burning coke rate of oil burning coal produces less NOX density;Air gradation combustion technology in the secondary air duct into the furnace after the location of the drive up,can effectively reduce NOX emission concentration of boiler flue gas.Thus,circulating fluidized bed boiler by use SNCR O3 oxidation in coordinating the NOX emission concentration of denitration technology can achieve lower end,reliability and stable performance.
