According to the statistics of the state related institutions,the base of the sports population in our country has been growing,and sports and fitness has become one of the popular ways of life.At the same time,the sports products market is developed with the people 's fitness consciousness that deeply rooted in the hearts of people.In the course of movement,the user's demand for audio is to use audio to divert attention and create an atmosphere to entertain the body and mind;and the requirement of audio products is to make the audio switch seamlessly between individual and public space,allowing users to get a high-quality user experience in their personal mode and sharing music in public mode;the requirement of the motion type audio products is to meet the special needs of the complex environment and the human body,and to make the product be firm,comfortable,safe and able to communicate.However,the current products do not meet the requirements,which is the starting point of the project.The theoretical research of this paper is mainly based on the summary and analysis of the related theory,and then,the paper obtained the advantages and disadvantages of each theoretical method,including the merits of the user experience design method and QFD,so as to complement each other's advantages,and to construct a more scientific and reasonable product innovation design model which can guide design tasks.Finally,making the product environmental adaptability evaluation to determine whether the design is valid.In the part of practice research,the author analyzed the design and development of headphones and speakers.And through the social life,we can find some problems with headphones that the audio product scene adaptability is poor,and there are various problems in the operation,the audio products used in public activities have their own characteristics,and the noise problem is very prominent and has not been effectively controlled.And in order to solve these problems,this paper designed a products that can satisfy the private space and open space,so that users can seamlessly docking public spaces from private spaces.Therefore,this article defined the problem with the user research related methods,learned about the environment in which people use headphones and analyze the behavior of it,and it got the physiological and psychological responses to the headset to get the user's needs.Besides,the paper analyzed the requirements,and used QFD as the main method to transform the user requirements into product characteristics.Finally,according to the innovative design model to carry out product design,and get the innovative design of the sports headset products.
