China’s urban Sub-health population is increasing year by year, based on this, this topic from the perspective of the user experience, combining psychology, ergonomics and industr ia l product development process, to carry out the design and research of wearable smart oximetr y sport ring. The paper outlined a specific user experience design method and applied to the smart wearable blood oxygen movement ring in the process of product design and development..The user experience have been analyzed and validated in the whole product design process. The design approach can help the design and development, and establish the user-centered design of the whole design solution.In the early stage,the research focus on the analyze of the pulse oximetry and smartband market. It demostrated the share of products and trend of the future. Then in the user research, through interviews and surveys to understand the needs of users, builded user personas to determine the demand for the product and scenarios. Finally, based on ergonomics principa l measure and analyse the size of the human thumb to decide the dimensions design of the product.This work identified customer requirements to design the product and application in the first stage, the optimal product concept plan can be choosed through PUGH matrix,thro ugh make applicant’s low-fidelity prototypes and testing of the low fidelity prototype product, to find out key problems then iterated, and ultimately determined the viable design and applicatio n. Structural design was accomplished by Pro / ENGINEER, also identify materials and technique. The high fidelity prototype of product application was made by Axure RP 7.0. Finally, by testing the physical prototypes of product and the high-fidelity prototypes of application, to validate the whole design solution.The results show the customer requirements can be identified by user research at the early stage, that the smart wearable product development process from the user perspective, and through validated the user experience of the product design and the whole process applicat io n; The usability test can reveal the the key problems of product and application design process; Through PUGH matrix can choosed the optimal product concept plan and through low-fide lit y prototype testing can find usability problems existing in applications; To obtain experime nt a l verification, we used final prototype and high-fidelity prototypes in usability testing to validate if the product and application design meets the user expectations This Article from a specific projects, analyzed the. user experience of product design process on pecific applications, and through the user acceptance test, ultimately validated the product and application could deliver a fantastic user experience to end-users.
