Research On Quick Drawing Method And System Development Of Hull

In the process of shipbuilding,hull production design drawing is an important indicator to guide the on-site manufacturing department how to construct the body of ship.The design quality and time cost of these drawing have great influence on the construction quality of whole ship,the cost of construction and shipbuilding cycle.Tribon is a professional computer aided software system developed by Swedish Kockum Computer Systems(KCS),which is one of the main software used by many shipbuilding enterprises.The diagram,nesting map and processing map of hull production design can be drawn by using Tribon system.However,it is boring and time-consuming,low efficiency,error prone,and drawing styles differently.How to realize the automatic,efficient and accurate drawing the ship hull production design working drawing has become one of the important subjects in the shipbuilding industry.Firstly,the situation of the domestic drawing of ship production design and Tribon's use and second development in domestic shipbuilding enterprises has be elaborated in this paper.And according to the hull production design,content and process of block structure drawing,this paper puts forward a quick drawing method of hull based on Tribon system,including the transformation of enterprise coding system rules and drawing standards,parametric design of drawing frame,automatic analysis of drawing catalogue,extraction and analysis of hull model data and fast drawing function etc..Then,through the demand analysis with the method of hull quick drawing,this paper makes the overall design of the system of ship hull quick drawing,and divides the function module of the system.With the three layer architecture model and based on application framework of Windows system,use C# to achieve the system interface design and hull model data extraction and analysis.Base on the second development of Vitesse interface of Tribon system,use Python script to realize the system of drawing fast generation.Based on SQLite database and JSON text,realize the data exchange between the system and Tribon system.Finally,taking the drawing of double bottom blocks of a container ship as an example,this paper introduces the operation flow and the interface of the hull quick drawing system in detail,and verifies the method and the practical application of the system.It is effectively to save the ship production design drawing time and improve production efficiency by using the method and system of hull quick drawing.Not only it short the construction cycle and reduce production costs,but also improve the standard of ship production design drawings,effectively unified drawing style.
